Who’s behind Oakstone.
Oakstone was founded by Sue and Nim. Between us we bring over 25 years of professional experience across fields that demand precision, accountability, and getting the detail right – the kind of experience that transfers directly into how we run a property relationship.
We’re also property investors ourselves. That matters. We understand what it feels like to hand over the keys to an asset you’ve worked hard to buy, and to want an agent who treats it accordingly. We built Oakstone around that perspective.
Inner Melbourne is genuinely our home ground – not as a market category, but as a place we know intimately. The streets, the buildings, the pockets that hold their value, the ones with strong tenant demand, the ones to approach carefully. That kind of familiarity takes years to build and it shows up in the advice we give.
